我使用grails 1.0.2 没有遇到你这个问题，不过安装非常慢，差不多用了30分钟

去网址 http://plugins.grails.org/ 把最新的插件下载到本地,然后通过 本地安装可能好些。grails install-plugin D:/Groovy/Works/grails-ext-2.0.2.zip

用1.0.2就过了
